Sunday 28th June, 10am – 3pm
T.C.A. Studio, Cosgrove High School
Ever consider setting up your own raku kiln in your own backyard? John Watson will show you how you can construct a raku kiln for home use, what materials to use and what costs are involved. Then we’ll spend the rest of the day glazing and firing the work you produced at our previous workshop. There will be some spare pieces available for those who do not have any work to raku.
Bring a paint brush for glazing, wear old clothes and bring something to share for lunch.
Cost: $30 members, $45 non members

Please include a phone number when booking in case of inclement weather (pouring rain, strong wind). We will contact you by 8.30am if the weather is too bad to fire outdoors and we need to postpone the event.
*please note that we will no longer be using the felicity lane access gate to the school. Please use the middle gate access via the main road, instead.
