The TCA has now established a new studio in the Ceramics Studio at Elizabeth College on the corner of Elizabeth and Warwick Streets in North Hobart.
Due to strict insurance requirements, bookings for studio space are only available to current financial members of TCA.
The Studio is currently available on Monday 4-7pm and Wednesday evenings from 5-8pm, with users responsible for supply of their own materials and for ensuring the space is clean prior to leaving at the end of each session. Two volunteers will be on hand to assist in opening/ closing, but members must be fully self-reliant within the Studio.
Prior to using the Studio for the first time, all members must complete the Studio Registration Form (below), which involves confirming on the Studio Registration Form that you have downloaded and read the Studio Manual. Once you have completed the Studio Registration Form you will be contacted by one of the Studio volunteers regarding the booking system.
Parking for the Studio is available in surrounding streets or within the school via accessing the carpark through the large gate on Warwick Street. The entry door to the Studio faces the internal courtyard accessed from the carpark and is the first door on the right-hand-side.
Access to the rest of the school is not permitted (except for toilets) and members are not to be on-site during school hours. All COVID-safe rules currently in place from the state government, Elizabeth College and the TCA must be followed.
